Out of the box, the asset works exactly as advertised. But of course, I have specific needs, notably lightguns. The author's response was not only swift but interactive. We worked together to come up with a solution - well, he worked - and it addresses my lightgun needs. All in a matter of a few days of messaging back and forth. The customer support alone is aces.
